INTRODUCTION
Welcome to my website!
My name is Rob Rosen and I am a performer, teacher, advocate, and life-long learner from Los Angeles, who aims to contribute positively to local and global music communities. My performance experience is primarily on the bass trombone, but I have over a decade of experience in playing nearly every brass instrument. I also have over a decade of experience with teaching music in private lesson and ensemble settings. This website contains a brief overview of the work I'm open to doing as well as examples of my previous performance work.
I recently completed a Masters degree in Trombone Performance at Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music and have now moved to Sacramento, CA.

TROMBONE PLAYING
I'm currently able to make virtual recordings through a condenser mic setup! Please contact me if you'd like to collaborate in some virtual music making! I am particularly interested in helping young composers to make high quality recordings and to promote the music of composers from underrepresented groups.
